HOW CAN A SCHOOL BE BURNT DOWN

By Hon. Ayegba Emmanuel Okpanachi  HOW CAN A SCHOOL BE BURNT DOWN BECAUSE OF AN INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS GOING TO COMMISSION IT? Remember the school will still be there long after the individual has lived his life and gone. Today we are in a society where it seems, law and order has failed, but As a people, we should condemn in its entirety, acts capable of taking us back to the pre-colonial age, when there were no schools. Violence can not continue to thrive in our society anymore, where schools are burnt down by hooligans without remorse.  Who is a Hooligan ?  A Hooligan is a violent young troublemaker, typically one that belongs to a gang. Parents wake up to your responsibilities,  Teachers Teach more Morals and  Politicians, stop inciting violence using vulnerable youths to perpetuate evil in the land, because you will one day be judged by God. Elders of the land, come out of your comfort zone and speak out, the land is bleeding, the people are crying, speak up let...

Sincerity And Empathy

By Comr. Tijani Tahiru   Chairman Voice of The Youths Association Kogi State Chapter We need to become good finders, we need to focus on the positive in life. Let’s start looking for what is right in a person or situation, instead of looking for what is wrong. Because of our conditioning, we are so attuned to finding fault and looking for what is wrong that we forget to see the positive picture. There is something positive in every person and every situation. Sometimes we have to dig deep to look for the positive because it may not be apparent. Besides, we are so used to looking for what is wrong with other people and situations that we forget to see what is right. Someone once said that even a stopped clock is right twice a day. My Good people of IDAH CONSTITUENCY let every hands be on Deck as 2019 Is approaching, politicians are on there ways, to buy the future of my Children and Yours, so I advise we should Vote wisely so that our children will not pay for our mistakes in future...

The difference between a winning campaign and a losing one at any level is that the winning one has a better strategy. The strategy for the campaign depends on the size of the electorate, the locality, public mindset, the timing and methods of voter communication used. In short, every election would need a specific strategy which is influenced by the political climate. For a local election, winning supporters is more about winning over the community of voters. Here are 10 things to take into account when planning local political campaign strategies. A Relatable Message       A campaign is all about creating the identity of the candidate. It brings up the candidate’s background and past work which makes them ideal for the position. It shows which issues and policies matter to the candidate to draw in like-minded suppo...

Cultism is a Menace That Should Be Frontally Tackled

BY Hon. Ayegba Emmanuel Okpanachi The problem of cultism should be urgently looked into from all angles with a view to eradicating it. As I speak right now it is unfortunate that Idah my home town is not safe as those boys are fighting and killing each others now. Government and it's Security Operatives should urgently tackled this menace before it get out of hand.  On behalf of myself and my Family am pleading to all the Youths to desist from Cultist because it's ungodly act, let foster peace in our community so that development can embrace us.  Hon. Ayegba Speak Further  It is unfortunate that the demons of cultism were created by the political class. Most of those seeking elective offices engage the services of youths including students, who they arm. These boys are used to attack political opponents; the same youths turn out to become tormentors on our campuses.  Politicians should stop arming students for violence to ensure peace on our campuses and in the socie...
