Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I'll try again tomorrow, so forget the things that made you sad and remember those that made you glad. Forget the troubles that passed away and remember the blessings that come each day, Dreams visit us when we are asleep, just as i have dreamt of Dekina's progress but GOD is truly wise, he wakes us up each day and gives us every chance to make our dreams come true!
So my good people of Dekina Local Government, lets harmonize together and forget our differences, so we can rebuild Dekina for us and generation next

I Achimugu Julius Arome have no money but God, you and my BIG BOLD IDEAS that works for a better Dekina . *The question is,* will you that's reading this reject me because I don't have money? If Your Answer is Yes, how many Rich and influential Men and Women do we have in Dekina Local Government? And how have they contributed to the development of Dekina Since Hon. Ben. Okolo left the Chairman's seat? Its... clear to me that the chairman has a lot of work to do, if we can flash back during the time of Benjamin Ikani Okolo so many villages were electrified, likewise school, and rural roads and so many youths were sent to Schools. I give *Kudos* to Ben.

My aspiration is not to condemn anyone but to re-unite all our leaders in Dekina, because Dekina in the past few years during the time of *late  Chief John Urah Ajibili* was known as a peace loving people, but today greed and ego has taken over our leaders and communities because of party/individual interest,. I'm not here to say who has done well or not but if we must define the future we have to study the past, the past of our great Leaders.

My Brothers and Sisters I'm out to dialogue with You on how to rebuild Dekina our local government,

My Chiefs, Gagows/Madaki I *Achimugu Julius Arome* is here to discuss with you about the way forward of our beloved community.

The traders, I Juliaro is on ur projects so please come out let discuss the major problem that's confronting us on our day to day business or on our cash crops. JULIARO Project is here.

Where are the Youths? The Youths I respect and Salute you all. Thank you for your wonderful stand and support at the just concluded governorship election, though we were robbed by the enemies of progress. But I still strongly believe that we can still do it again.
Dekina is ours. We would not give any outsider a little chance to dictate for us again. God bless Juliaro project, God bless Dekina

*The History Of Dekina*

I Achimugu Julius Arome (aka Juliaro King) has decided to let the cat out of the bag, it's said that "a child who watches his hands cleans will eat with his elder's " so for this reason, the history of Dekina must be told for those who says I'm not an indigen of Dekina Local government.  Dekina was  the  capital  of  the  former  Bassa  province  when  the  protectorate  of Northern and Southern Nigeria were proclaimed in 1900. Local Government reforms   were   undertaken   in   December,   1968   which   reformed   the   native authorities  into Local Governments and divided the Igala Native Authority into three divisions of Idah, Dekina and Ankpa.
